Technical Bulletins, in addition to Software & Firmware Updates are available via this web site. Customers who register with Technical Services will be issued a user name and password for access to the download area. To register with Technical Services Group to establish your account you may call Trident at the toll free number above, or use the link below to complete the online registration form. Please note that the online registration process does require approval by Trident Micro Systems and will not provide immediate access. However, the approval process is usually completed within 24 hours of your request.

Once you have an account setup for access, you will be able to access the Technical Bulletins, Software and Firmware which are related to your Trident Micro Systems products. Do not share your user name and password with your friends. This will allow them to access an area of this web site that is dedicated to you only.
