High-Def Mapping
TrAVL PRO is designed on the Google Maps Enterprise platform to bring you the best possible mapping display with familiar controls. GPS location of each subscriber unit is displayed by a user-selected icon and alias in real-time. If a group of subscriber icons are physically overlapping each other, they are given a substitute group Icon which displays with the number of subscribers it represents. Zooming in replaces the group icon with the individual subscriber icons.

Unit & Messaging
The Unit Texting panel is a unique menu, designed with the appearance of an instant messaging client for Connect Plus and IP Site Connect customers. Through its tabbed structure, this menu allows for any number of simultaneous texting conversations to be carried on. TrAVL PRO will inform you of unread text messages by highlighting the System Summary Pane’s icon or, if you have the application minimized, by displaying them in the Alerts Window.
Texting history can be maintained for a user-specified period of time and be archived to a common text file.

Geofence Management
TrAVL PRO supports MULTIPLE GEOFENCES. A geofence is an area of a map that a unit may be assigned to or restricted from as designated by the user. Geofences are designed directly on the map with TrAVL PRO drawing tools and may be modified, saved, assigned, and deleted by the operator at any time.
Multiple units may be assigned to a single geofence as well as having multiple geofences assigned to a single unit. If a unit violates its geofence rule, an alert is automatically displayed. This alert provides the location of the unit at the time of violation and the type of geofence violation that has occurred, ie., Unit Outside of Geofence or Unit Entering Restricted Geofence. If a Unit has previously violated a geofence and then returns to a state where it is not violating that geofence, a Geofence Return Alert will be displayed.

Speed Limit Management
A unit’s speed is accessible through GPS information. If a unit exceeds the maximum speed assigned to it, an alert will be displayed. Alternately, if you do not want to check a unit’s speed, you may uncheck the Enforce Speed Limit check box in the unit’s setup.
Individual Unit Tracking
A pair of individual Tracker maps are available in the upper right corner for monitoring individual units. These units are selected by the user. This is a convenient method of tracking subscribers who may require constant attention such as when on special assignment, driver in a probationary period, or a vehicle in distress.
A unit may also be assigned to tracking on the main map, causing the main map to automatically center on that unit. A tracking icon is added to that unit’s listing in the Units Menu Panel to indicate a tracking assignment.

Landmark & Location Search
Points of interest can be searched, located and set as Landmarks at strategic points on the map. Landmarks are useful in marking regular frequently visited locations.
Callout Menus
Callout Menus are context menus for Units, Locations, and any Main Map point and may be displayed by right-clicking on any of these items. Callout Menus provide information about the selected item along with a series of function buttons. The functions offered depend on the item chosen.
